The thread's SEO people saw a business, not a prank: wire an autoblogger to Search Console, keep whatever ranks, and you get a self-reinforcing slop machine at cents per article. A dissenting voice cut deeper: real local news was killed by venture capital a decade ago — AI is just filling the vacuum.
